Two Eliot House seniors have been awarded prizes recently, Dean Leighton announced yesterday.
H. Chouteau Dyer of St. Louis, Mo., received the Francis Burr Scholarship given to the senior who combines Burr's qualities of character, leadership, scholarship, and athletic ability.
Peter N. Stearns of Urbana, Illinois, won the Palfrey Exhibition for 1956-7. This prize is awarded to the most distinguished scholar in the senior class who holds a stipendary scholarship.
