Niels Bohr to Lecture At Kresge Tomorrow

Niels Bohr, the originator of the atomic quantum theory, will speak at Kresge Auditorium, tomorrow evening. The Nobel prize-winner will discuss "The Elements of Classical Physics" at the first of the Karl Taylor Compton Lectures at 8 p.m.

Bohr, who received the 1957 Atoms for Peace Prize, will give five more lectures at Kresge, speaking on "The Atomic Theory and Quantum of Action" on Nov. 7; "The Principles of Quantum Mechanics," Nov. 14; "The Notion of Complementarity in Quantum Physics," Nov. 19; "Complementary Relationships in Biology and Psychology," Nov. 21, and "Atomic Physics and Man's Position," Nov. 26.
