House intramural sports continued at a rapid pace yesterday, as Dunster and Eliot became league leaders in football and soccer. Kirkland teams won two of the other three games played.

In the only football game of the afternoon, Dunster defeated the Leverett eleven, 24 to 0, scoring four times on sustained downfield marches. Backed by a sophomore line, fullback Jim Clampton and halfback Rich Dindorf each scored in the second period, while ends Chuck Wolle and Art Donovan crossed the goal in the third and fourth quarters.

After yesterday's victory, Dunster leads the House football league with an undefeated record of three wins and no losses. Adams and Kirkland are tied for second, and Leverett is fourth. Dudley, Eliot, Lowell, and Winthrop remain in a tie for fifth with no wins and two losses.

In soccer, an Eliot squad led by left wing Nick Lamont, blanked Lowell, 2 to 0, to gain first place. Lamont converted passes from John Finley and George Herrick to score all of Eliot's goals for the second time in two games.

In a second soccer contest, Kirkland trounced Dudley 6 to 0, with Steve Monk and Mario Espelita each netting two goals.

In touch football, a Kirkland squad, capitalizing on a series of interceptions, trounced Adams 62 to 6. The Deacons began their scoring spree in the first moments of the game, when they scored two touchdowns on the first two plays.

The fifth game scheduled for the afternoon, a touch football contest between Dudley and Eliot, ended in a double forfeiture because neither team could field more than five men.
