Computing Lab Offers Work, Study Program

The Harvard Computation Laboratory has announced that it is seeking six to eight graduate students to participate in a work-study program involving the use of the laboratory's three calculators.

Under the program, students will have an opportunity to work with mathematical analysis and do research in switching and data processing, while attending classes in the graduate school. They will receive a yearly salary of $5000.

The trainees will operate the University's computers, the Mark I, the Mark IV, and the UNIVAC, donated by Remington-Rand last fall. Those interested should apply to the Personnel Office, 1352 Mass. Ave.
