In one of the smallest election turnouts in recent years the Freshman class elected three members to the Student Council yesterday.
The three winners, out of 27 contenders, were William J. Dean of Weld Hall, Henri J. de Bayle of Thayer, and David Weinstock II, of Wigglesworth.
