Col. Devere P. Armstrong will replace Col. Trevor N. Dupuy as professor of Military Science and Tactics, the University and the Department of the Army concurrently announced. Armstrong, who will assume his duties here in mid-August, is now a professor at the Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Penn.
Dupuy will have completed a three year tour of duty here.
