The Faculty of Arts and Sciences has announced the appointment of Thomas E. Crooks '49 as Director of the Office of Student Placement.
He replaces Louis L. Newby, who resigned last spring to take a position with an industrial firm.
Crooks was an Assistant Dean of Harvard College for two years following his graduation. Since 1954 he has been training coordinator at a local firm.
