Overcrowding in Briggs and Moors Halls has forced two Radcliffe Student Government representatives to resign because they are now required to commute from their homes in nearby Boston suburbs.
The girls were forced to leave despite a Student Government plea last April that they receive priority on vacant rooms in their respective dormitories. Janet Green '58, formerly of Briggs, and Julie Decker '58, formerly of Moors, are the deposed representatives.
Nancy Campbell '56, Student Government president, said that the two followed in priority seniors, juniors and freshmen, and that they could be placed in dorms only when openings occur.
