Richard Kluckhohn, accused of shooting a woman shopper in Raleigh, N.C., last Friday, yesterday was ordered held without bond for trial in the Superior Court.
Kluckhohn's parents, Clyde K. M. Kluckhohn, professor of Anthropology, and Florence R. Kluckhohn, lecturer in Sociology, were both in the courtroom for the preliminary hearing. Previously, Kluckhohn's attorney had sought dismissal of the murder charge, contending the shooting was accidental.
