Seniors who are high honors candidates and midyears graduates with high honors who wish to give orations at this June's Commencement Ceremonies must submit drafts of their Parts to the Committee on Commencement Parts by April 15.
The Committee will select four or five candidates for each Part, and these men will be coached by Frederick C. Packard, Jr. '20, associate professor of Public Speaking, student in any Faculty.
Three Parts will be delivered at the Ceremony: a Latin Salutatory, normally given by a Classics major; an English Part, by a senior in any field.
