Over 60 Harvard Club representatives debated how best to spread the College name in areas far from Cambridge, in a closed meeting yesterday. They will wind up their meeting this morning with closed discussions on the question of scholarship aid, David D. Henry '41, Director of Admissions, said last night.

Henry, in a talk on the "Role of the Alumni Interviewer," told the alumni how they could help the College in evaluating prospective freshmen. Interview reports, he said, were extremely important to the Admissions Committee.

Dana Cotton, Director of Placement in the Graduate School of Education, spoke to the group on the "Role of the School's Recommendations." He indicated the problems high school counselors have when alumni in areas far removed from the College are poorly informed about recent policies.

Biennial Meeting

The biennial meeting has brought together alumni from all over the country to hear and question University officials on latest policy developments.

This morning, Wallace McDonald '44, Director of Freshman Scholarships, and John U. Monro '34, Director of Financial Aid, will discuss with the group the whole problem of College scholarships for both freshman and upperclassmen. It is understood that the $10 application fee may also come up for discussion.
