LAMPOON BUSINESS-MAN COMPLAINS

The Mail

To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

I just want to register my disgust at the behavior of the CRIMSON editors yesterday. I am a functionary of the Lampoon (business board) and I know that when the CRIMSON was invited to take part in the ceremony today we expected good faith on your side.

Instead, however, CRIMSON people turned an impressive rite into a mockery. You had some scarcely-human fellow swinging about on OUR scaffolding. From my experience, guests do not desport in that manner. Also, Mr. John Limpert, our president, had prepared an ennobling four-minute speech which could not be presented because of your clownish antics.

I think an apology is in order. (Oh, and I don't think your ed. note on my letter last March was a bit funny.) (Name withheld by request)
