Crimson Soccer Team Faces Undefeated Techmen Today

The varsity soccer team will find itself facing another undefeated opponent when it takes on M.I.T. at the Tech field at 3:30 this afternoon.

Unbeaten Dartmouth, New England's top team this year, had a hard time with the Crimson Saturday before winning, 3 to 1. Despite the loss, Munro called it "the team's best of the season, one it might easily have won with a little luck."

Center forward Grey Hodnett, the Crimson's top soccer, may not be able to play today because of an old back injury, aggravated in the Dartmouth loss. Godfrey Truslow, Munro's only substitute forward, will spell Hodnett.

Dick Fisher, the other forward, is still out with a sprained ankle. Otherwise, the lineup will remain unchanged, with Lindsay Fischer in the goal, Hugh Sargent and John Hadik at fullbacks, and Captain Carey McIntosh, Stacey Holmes, and Denny Little at halfbacks. The rest of the forward line will be Hank Holmes, Stacey's younger brother, Mauricio Toro, Marv Weiss, and Bill Linglebach.

Tech has won over Massachusetts, Brandeis, and Boston University and tied Amherst, which best Wesleyan, a 2-0 victor over the Crimson.
