50 Possible Claverly Students Will Move into Houses in Fall

Houses will take in 50 additional students instead of assigning them to Claverly this September, and will take in many more Claverly residents by mid-term, Associate Dean Watson '37, Secretary of the Committee on Houses, announced yesterday.

The move to accept 50 more men in the Houses in the fall will be made to prevent overcrowding of Claverly. The seven Houses will accommodate 2650 undergraduates instead of the present 2600.

Watson estimated that Claverly will house 130 men against 126. But many of these will be funneled" into the Houses as students drop out of College.
