House athletics yesterday saw two games in the soccer and tackle and touch football leagues. No House could muster a sweep; in fact, turnabouts seemed to be the order of the day.
Leverett's Bunnies continued their rule over the House football league by squelching hapless Lowell, 33 to 0. In other tackle action yesterday, Winthrop white-washed Dudley, 24 to 0.
On the soccer fields the shut-outs continued as Kirkland stopped Dudley and Lowell beat Adams by identical 1 to 0 scores.
The Bellboys thereby broke their tie with Leverett for the lead in the soccer loop. Lowell has now won five, lost none, and tied one. The Bunnies' record is 4-0-1.
In touch football Dunster downed Eliot, 32 to 18, while Adams outplayed Leverett to win easily, 38 to 6.
