On the House

Dunster, yet to be scored upon, and Leverett, which has allowed one touchdown in three games, will meet next Tuesday afternoon in a game that may decide the House football championship.

In games Thursday afternoon, Dunster trounced hapless Lowell 27 to 0, and Leverett turned back Adams' bid for first place 7 to 0.

Leverett's defense, spearheaded by tackle Pete Pratt, rushed the Gold Coast passer Jack King all afternoon and often spilled him before he could get off his throws. The Adams' defense was equally effective, except for one third quarter lapse, a 70 yard screen pass from Dave Segal to Jee Hindeman that won the game for Leverett. John Stokes converted.

John Bagdasarrin made several good runs, but the emphasis was on defensive play. The deepest penetration by Adams was the Bunny 15 yard line, late in the third quarter, a drive that failed on a fourth down pass.

Lowell has yet to score this year, and never had a chance against a well balanced Dunster team. Half-time score was 20 to 0.

In next Tuesday's other game, Kirkland (1-1) will play Dudley (0-3). Wednesday, Winthrop (1-1) takes on Eliot (1-2) and Adams (2-1) meets Lowell (0-3).
