Twenty Asians will participate in Harvard's second International Seminar this summer, as well as 20 Europeans, thus doubling the size of the first program held last year, which only included Europeans. The 40 men will have all expenses paid for them including transportation.
There are two seminar subjects for the students: "Whether Contemporary Problems Can Be Solved By Democratic Methods," and "The Social Role of Art and Philosophy." The students will also hear representative guest speakers from the professions, labor unions, industry, and government as part of their program.
