Yardling swimmer Dave Hawkins can hardly help breaking a school record this afternoon. The 18-year-old Olympic veteran from Australia has already turned in a 100-yard breast stroke performance five seconds fasten than the standing record of 1:05 minutes.
Hawkins will probably provide the main interest in the freshman meet against the underdog M.I.T. yearlings, at the Blockhouse pool this afternoon.
