A record total of 3,082 pledges marked the official closing of the Phillips Brooks House Fall Blood Drive last night.
The College contributed 2,092 pledges, and the graduate schools in Cambridge, Radcliffe, Sargent, Lesley, Episcopal Theological Seminary contributed the other 990.
Lowell pledged 265 pints, 20 more than Winthrop, its nearest rival. Dunster was third with 231 pledges, Eliot and Kirkland tied for fourth with 225. Sixth place Leverett pledged 190, Adams 153, and Dudley 100. The Yard's total is 407 and Claverly's 51.
Radcliffe girls promised 350 pints and solicited another 90 in the booth set up in Harvard Square. Employees of the University pledged 60 pints.
Drive officials expect another 300 pledges to come in early next week.
