"You're in my way," complained a student to a local gendarme last night, and ten minutes later he found himself secretly ensconced in a paddy wagon on his way to Central Square.
The student's complaint was in answer to an order to "move along" from in front of Arthur Parker's Luncheonette, situated at the corner of Dunster and Mt. Auburn Streets. According to several of the by-standers, his offense was tapping on the window of the store and calling to some friends inside.
The van picked up the student and a friend at 12:20 a.m., ten minutes after he was accosted. Police would not release their names, nor would they say what the charges were. One patrolman, however, said that the students were "drunk."
