This Club shall be perpetual.

ARTICLE II

This Constitution may be altered or amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at two successive regular meetings: provided, however, that this article shall not apply to, or authorize any amendment, alteration, or repeal of, ARTICLE I. --The entire Constitution of the N.Y. Harvard Club
