Booters Will Face B.U. Team Today

The only home athletic event of the weekend will pit Bruce Munro's soccer team against Boston University at 2 p.m. this afternoon on the Business School Field. The Crimson booters are slight favorites in their home opener. It is also the Terriers' first game.

Munro has made no lineup change since Harvard's disappointing loss to Tufts in its first game last Wednesday. He plans to use more substitutes more frequently, however, in an effort to find a scoring combination. Latsi Berger has recovered from a knee injury and has been practicing with the squad for the last two games. He should see plenty of action at left outside. Frank Davies and Johnny Beer have shown up well too, and probably will play frequently in the line.

Munro has been working on team and position play the last two days, scrimmaging both Thursday and yesterday. Many of the mistakes made in the Tufts game have been corrected, Munro said, and he is optimistic about today's game. Munro has concentrated especially on the defense, rotating the fullbacks.

The Terriers are as yet untried this season
