Henry Ford, II, 28-year-old head of the Ford auto empire, affirmed yesterday his full support for economic and military aid to Europe and urged a strong program to fight Russian propaganda.

Warning that European countries must be allowed to choose their own form of government, he told a Business School Student Association forum that America must focus its campaign on "freedom of the individual" but "should not try to force a way of life upon peoples living under entirely different circumstances."

But he added that "big truth and big deeds" will overcome Russia's "big lie."

Stalin's mistake, he said, is trying to sell a "peace desire" while at the same time "constantly threatening the world with war."

In his introductory remarks, Dean David said Ford "comes close to typifying the things for which I should like the Harvard Business School to stand: courage, tough-mindedness, resourcefulness, ability to work hard, and ability to accept a responsibility to the community.
