Earth Will Interrupt Sun-Moon Light Rays

People on the moon will be unable to see the sun at 8:30 p.m. (earth time) tonight. Similarly, people on the earth will not be able to see the moon at that time. Turnabout is fair play, of course.

One reason for this phenomenon is the fact that there will be an eclipse of the moon at 8:30 p.m. according to several newspaper science editors. Semi-documentary movies now being filmed on the moon are expected to halt operations during the blackout.

Local science enthusiasts and their dates are expected to gather in the shadow of Observatory Hill and other dark places to witness the event.
