Floyd Wilson's freshman basketball team will end its season against Yale at the New Haven Arena.

The Bulldogs are one of the tallest teams the freshmen have run into; Yale's shortest man measures five feet, ten inches. Three of the Eli starters are over six feet four.

"We'll be in there all the way," said Wilson, "if the height disadvantage isn't too much for us." Three of Wilson's key players, guards John Canepa and Dave Heller, and forward Forrest Hansen, are under the six foot mark.

Wilson is satisfied with the team's condition for the game. Everyone is in top shape except Hansen, who has a cold and is suffering a recurrence of an old back injury. "We certainly want to have him operating at top efficiency," said Wilson. "He means a lot to the team."

Hoping to minimize Yale's scoring with a close man-to-man defense. Wilson will also continue to use the double-pivot attack which the Crimson has employed all year. Captain Dick Lionette, the team's high scorers, and Jim Urdan, the two tallest men on the squad, will occupy the two "posts," Wilson said. Bud Lemay, Hansen, and Canepa complete the starting five.

John Nichols, considered by his teammates the most underrated player on the club, will also see action, spelling Urdan and Lionette.
