Council Will Consider Bias Law for 3rd Time

Unfair discrimination on grounds of religion, race, color, or nationality in undergraduate organizations will come before the Student Council for the third time tonight.

David C. Poskanzer '50 will ask that the Council resolution against discriminating, twice approved by small margins, be rescinded.

The resolution, which recommended that the Faculty Committee on Student Activities include an anti-bias clause in the official "Rules for Undergraduate Organizations," passed amidst protest December 19 and squeaked by again January 10 when the Council deadlocked on the issue.
