Formery Undersecretary of the Treasury, Daniel W. Bell, will report on the Philippines at 1:30 p.m. today in Room 100 of the Business School's Baker Library.
Roll, appointed Chairman of the Economic Survey Mission sent to the Philippines last summer by President Triman, remarked the serious condition of the Philippines government and its need for financial reform before receiving any more America aid.
The Bell report called for tax relation, enforcement of a minimum wage law, and reapportionment of crop shares for tenant farmers.
