Two additional German seminars in student government and self-help are being plauned by the international Committee of the National Students Association for next summer. Robert L. Fischelia '49, 2L, director of lest year's seminar, is again organizing this year's trip and expects to recruit interested students from the College and Radcliffe to assist in is administration and participate in the seminar.

Fischelis said yesterday that the experiment had proved so successful that the High Commission of the American Military Government asked the N.S.A. to continue and enlarge the program. Instead of one seminar with 50 European and American students, three are being planned to consist of 30 students each.

Interest in German affairs, some experience in student activities, and a familiarity with the language are prerequisites for these who would like to take part in the program.

The N.S.A. asked Fischelis to head the first seminar after the Rockefeller Foundation had given &10,000 for the experiment. The High Commission contributed a similar amount, and requests for money to enlarge the program have been made to both organizations.
