Men who join organized reserve units after being called for physical examination can get their draft boards to delay report orders until their reserve unit is called. Colonel John A. Chambers of the Boston Army Base yesterday released the change in policy for the Army in the Boston area.
This announcement refers to both officers and enlisted men who satisfactorily participate in their reserve units. To do this, reservists must attend evening meetings twice a month and spend two weeks each summer at an army training base.
