Hans Kelsen, visiting professor of International Law from the University of California, will address a public meeting sponsored by the Harvard World Federalists on "The United Nations and World Law" at 8:30 p.m. tonight in Phillips Brooks House.
Kelsen is well known as an authority on law in international relations. He formulated the constitution of Austria following World War I. Kelsen is teaching Government 170, International Law, while at the University.
World Federalists will hear a report on their Washington Convention following the address.
