The man with knowledge and interest can break into the field of business finance, three executives agreed at last night's career conference in Dunster House dining hall.

Although progress is slow, there are plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to give the time and effort, Joseph A. Erickson, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, told the audience.

James H. White '21, partner in a brokerage house, said that in the investment field, selling and technical analysis divisions are open. Frank L. Tacker, treasurer of a radio firm, also spoke at the conference, sketching a general picture of the financial side of business.
