Seven terms of argument will end tonight when two teams of Law School seniors compete in the finals of the Ames Competition in Langdell courtroom at 8 p.m.
The trial will be on the problem of whether picketing of the self-employed should be considered as constitutionally protected free speech.
The Choate Club and the Montschikoff club are the only teams remaining undefeated out of the 50 teams which started the courtroom competition three years age. The teams have argued various law problems during their three years in Law School, the losing teams being eliminated from the competitions.
Judges of tonight's trial will be the Hon. Carl V. Weygandt, Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court; Hon. Stanley H. Fuld, Associate Justice on the New York Court of Appeals; and lion. Lawrence I. Duncan, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
