George I. Harris '50, chairman of the Council Freshman Affairs Committee, will discuss the proposed Freshman Constitution over WHRV for ten minutes at 7:45 p.m. tonight.
Harris will present some of the reasons for the new charter and argue some of the objections that have been raised against it.
