Butch Jordan had a tooth pulled Wednesday, but it was hardly his most serious loss this week. When Army's wrestlers invade the Blockhouse tomorrow afternoon, six of his best men will either be on the sidelines or competing at unfamiliar weights.
Jordan will miss Dan Ray and Don Lourin mont, for their wrestling activities since graduation this month have been confined to assistant coaching chores, Ray's 155-pound slot will be filed by Red Skinner, a sophomore who took all but one of his freshman matches last winter.
Stan Thompson is an experienced replacement for Louria at 165 and gets the edge over West Point's Dean Muider, despite the fact that Muider nosed out a former Kansas State champ at the Point for his position.
Big Weakness
Harvard will be especially handicapped in the lightweight classes. Dave Smith, whose arm was overextended at the elbow two weeks ago, has been cleared by the medical staff but will not risk a reinjury midway in the season. Bob Abbond will wrestle at 128.
Roger Wach suffered a recurrence of his knee injury this week and Dave Coombs, regular 121-pounder, will have to take over at 136. Joe Kozol goes back to 121; Buddy King, former New England AAU champ, returns to 145; and Captain Bob Claffin and Howie Houston stay at the 175 and heavyweight posts.
