The Senate Agriculture Committee, leaders predicted yesterday, will hand back to the Senate the same "flexible" farm price support bill that the Senate rewrote on the floor yesterday.
If so, the stage is set for a retake on Monday of last night's uproarious session of the votes and loop-the-loop legislation which ended with the bill being returned to the committee.
But, by Monday, Administration forces hope to have picked up enough votes to quash the amendment of Senators Richard Russell (D-Ga.) and Milton Young (R-N.D.).
