Elephants Run Over Bellboys, 13-0; Gold Coasters Edge Funsters, 6-0

A fast-moving Eliot team took Lowell for a 13-0 ride yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field. Next door, cheerless Dunster played without substitutions until the last quarter, and lost to Adams, 6-0.

The Bellboys, with five backfield injuries, clicked a few times but were not inspired. They managed to tighten their defense in the secondly, but by then it was too late.

In the first quarter Eliot moved to the 15 on a series of good passes, thou scored as Poto Reiner swept around end.

More fast, tricky playing produced another touchdown, but the Elephants drew a five-yard penalty and were unable to make the score on second try. Charlie Cabot scored the second touchdown in the last quarter, but this conversion, unlike the first, was blocked.

The unfortunate Dunster had to wait a quarter-hour at the start of the game for their eleventh player to arrive.
