Seymour E. Harris '20, professor of Economics, and Bruce C. Hopper '18, associate professor of Government, will be among speakers who will evaluate the North Atlantic Pact during a panel discussion at the Parker House in Boston at 3:30 p.m. today.
The panel will be divided into two sections: Harris will talk about the "dollar crisis" and the North Atlantic Pact while Hopper, in another room, will serve on a panel discussing the arming of Europe under the Pact.
The panel is being sponsored by the United Council on World Affairs in co-operation with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
