Elmer C. Easton, assistant dean of the School of Engineering, will move to Rutgers at the close of the spring term to become the new Dean of the College of Engineering.
Easton came to Harvard in the summer of 1842, and since that time has been in charge of administers at the Engineering School. During the war he served on the staff of the pre-radar school here.
