Dr. Monroe D. Eaton, Director of the Research Laboratory of the State Department of Public Health in California, has been appointed Associate Professor of Bacteriology and Immunology in the Medical School, Dean Burwell of the Medical School announced last night.
A graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Eaton has taught at the Yale and Washington University Schools of Medicine and has been a member of the staff of the international Health Division of the Rockefeller Foundation. He has made many valuable contributions to the field of Immunology.
