Summer vacation will find the Harvard Mountaineering Club in the midst of an active schedule of climbs, featuring an ascent of Mount McKinley, led by H. Bradford Watson, Jr. '33, the Club's newly-elected executive board has announced.
Meeting at the traditional spring dinner Thursday night, the sure-footed society confirmed plans for three other projects in Western North America this summer, and chose a full slate of officers to serve for the school year 1947-48.
Elected to office were John H. Ross '48, president; Lowell Chamberlain '49, vice-president; John P. Emerson '50, secretary, and Charles Shiverick, 2nd '50, treasurer.
