Stephen M. Schwebel '50 was reelected chairman of the United Nations Council for the coming year, in elections held last night. Other officers named include Donald S. Connery '50 and W. Baird Bryant '50, vice-chairman; Peter Stafford '49, secretary; and Eliot Berkley '46.
