John B. Fisher '41, campaign manager of the Republican Party in Massachusetts in 1946, will address the Republican Open Forum tonight on "The Republican Party, 1946-48" in the Winthrop House Junior Common Room at 8 o'clock. His talk will be the second in the Forum series to be held this term.
