Threats of a Holy War over the recently announced United Nations partition plan has strengthened the intention of three College students to head for Palestine with 27 other Bostonians, as members of the Palestine Pioneer Campaign.

Arthur I. Sockol '48, Martin H. Rabinovitz '49, and Saul B. Cohen '47 hope to make Palestine their permanent home, adding that they sincerely desire peace. If necessary, however, they are prepared to fight against possible Arab encroachment.

Rabinovitz said last night, "I will follow orders and am prepared to leave as soon as the leaders of the movement think the critical situation urgently demands our presence."

A former marine, Sockol fervently declared, "I still think talk is cheap and if you believe in anything you've got to do something about it. I know the job will be tough, and I'm not kidding myself."
