Interhouse football left the practice stage and got down to business yesterday as a strong Adams contingent downed Dunster House, 13 to 6. In a second game the Eliot Mastodons hold the Dudley Commuters scoreless for a 13 to 0 win.

Scoring in the first and second periods, the Gold Coasters chalked up their first win in a game which was a fight all the way. Alex Coburn knifed through the Funster's line for the first score while the second tally for the Adams eleven came after a 40 yard romp by right halfback Sandy Evans. This time, the try for the extra point was successful.

Dunster's lone touchdown came in the closing minutes of the game when a 3 yard line buck by Bill Manning climaxed a long drive toward pay dirt.

A long pass and a 60 yard run on an interception gave Eliot the necessary points to whitewash the staunch Commuter eleven. Dave McGiffert passed to Pete Reiner for the first Mastodon tally which came in the second quarter, and Dick Coe's interception and 60 yard run late in the fourth period put the game on ice for the team from "E" House.
