THE MAIL

To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

Perhaps the only item in recent issues of the CRIMSON that we find distasteful is the publication of that detestable advertisement: "What Mory's is at Yale, Cronin's is at Harvard."

...Perhaps this new song will heal the wounds. It is entitled "The Crimson Tide."

From the tables down at Cronin's,

The place where Jimmie dwells.

To the dear old Oxford Grill we love so well,

Sit the Crimson Tide assembled

With their glasses raised on high

And the magic of their singing casts its spell.

Yes, the magic of their singing of the songs they love so well

"With Crimson in Triumph Flashing," "Ten Thousand Men of Harvard" and the rest

We will serenade out Jimmie

Long as life and breath shall last

Then we'll pass and be forgotten with the rest.

I have an idea for the chorus which has something to do with three little lambs but I am sure that CRIMSON ingenuity can work this out. Anonymous chauvinist
