While the Freshman booters were busy notching their fourth straight triumph, their Varsity mates ran through a two hour drill on the adjoining acres in preparation for next Saturday's battle with Amherst on the Business School Field.

The fist string forward line looked about the best it has all year, and before the afternoon was ever, it had slammed in a total of 12 goals against a mongrel "B" eleven with Phil Potter and Gaston Azcarraga doing most of the scoring.

Coach James MacDonald's main worries center about his crippled halfback line. Hunt Mavor and Gus Mavor, both starting halfbacks against Princeton last week, are at present under treatment for leg injuries, and it is questionable how much of Saturday's contest they will be able to play.
