If this review is funny, so is "Horse Feathers", which dates back to the ginmill and the shin-length skirt. It's a picture about a co-ed college in what some people think were the good old days; but they weren't such hot days, and it's not such a hot movie, though a few Perelman gems stick out like well thumbs. For instance, the college is called "Huxley College." That's Perelman up to his old tricks again. jgt
