His Excellency Pedro G. Beltran, the Peruvian ambassador, was Harvard's VIP (Very Important Person) guest Wednesday. He was received by David M. Little '17, Secretary to the University, in the morning and then toured the Yard, the libraries, and Fogg Museum.
