September 23 has been chosen as the date of the V-12, NROTC Regimental Ball, the Eliot-Kirkland Joint House Committee has announced. Ruby Newman and his orchestra will supply the music for dancing from 2000 to 2400 in Eliot House.
Other plans include a review and a triangular regatta in the afternoon, to be followed by the Ball in the professionally decorated Chow Hall.
