The 1946 Harvard Album will not be published during the war because of wartime shortage of materials and man-power, according to all announcement by the Student Council this week. However, the Album has not been permanently abandoned. Work will continue and the publication will take place as soon after the war as possible.
At the present time, most of the work on the Album is along photographic lines. Amateur photographers are invited to submit photographs to the CRIMSON building 14 plympton street.
Because of the small number of '46 men still at Harvard, work is progressing slowly. Another reason for postponing publication is that the council felt that the experiences that the members of the class of '46 are having now should be incorporated in the Album.
